Job Description

If youre passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact in a school setting, a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers you the chance to provide pivotal services to a diverse K-12 caseload in-person, working closely with students to advance their communication skills and overall success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana SLP license required
  • DOE certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in school-based settings, serving K-12 populations, is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and parents

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to students individual needs
  • Administer assessments and conduct evaluations to determine speech and language needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the collaborative team
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
  • Work with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
