Key Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon Speech Language Pathology license required
  • Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong understanding of evaluations, as well as direct and indirect service delivery in school environments
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work on-site from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students with diverse needs
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy services both individually and in groups
  • Support students with direct and indirect interventions to enhance educational participation
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, services rendered, and necessary reports
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based activities
