Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans according to each students unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services for students, including those with a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students academic and social development
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
  • Assist with screenings and RTI (Response to Intervention) initiatives as needed
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment across a diverse student population
