Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Western Region of New York, serving PreK and elementary students across two school districts: Hornell and Bath. This role requires onsite presence and offers engagement within a supportive school environment dedicated to fostering student communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to PreK and elementary students
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration to support student success

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active New York State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification
  • Prior experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
