Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Texas SLP license
• Previous experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering students speech, language, and social skills growth

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with targeted goals for each student
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress throughout the school year
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy techniques to support diverse learning needs and abilities
