Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Possession of a valid SLP license in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY welcome to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children, including assessment, intervention, and IEP development
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in a diverse educational setting
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy and intervention services in both individual and group formats
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with school and state requirements
• Support educators and parents with resources and strategies to facilitate student communication and learning
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing collaboration with the school staff
