Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active and valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• School-based experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students as required
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy in both individual and group settings
• Track student progress and maintain precise records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other allied professionals to support carryover of skills in the classroom and home
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams focused on student success
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
