Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate strategies within the classroom
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and district requirements
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers regarding student progress and therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert guidance for educational teams
