What were looking for:

• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certification in Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse student needs within an elementary school environment

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings, evaluations, and assessments
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Delivering tailored therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Keeping accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school district and legal requirements
• Providing support and consultation to classroom teachers for implementing strategies
