Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
• Experience in school-based settings, working with students from diverse backgrounds and with various communication needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records for reporting and compliance
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and recommend strategies for classroom integration
• Educate staff and families regarding communication strategies and interventions
