What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Passion for supporting diverse student needs

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, fostering communication development
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Serve mainly at one school site, with some roles supporting multiple campuses
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Partner with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Adapt interventions to meet the varied needs of your caseload (age group and size TBD)
• Stay current on best practices and district protocols
