Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to acquire)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous school or pediatric experience highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and language challenges
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational objectives
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation and progress reports in line with school policies
• Implement evidence-based practices and remain current with developments in the field
• Serve as a resource for staff and families on matters related to speech and language development
