School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Concord, CA
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Concord, California for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with students in a collaborative educational environment.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- K-12 caseload (specific assignment based on experience and district needs)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
