Work on-site with a diverse caseload, collaborating with educators and families to enhance students' communication skills across all grade levels.
Desired Skills & Background:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Familiarity with assessment, intervention, and therapy for students from Pre-K through grade 12
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to organize and manage a varied caseload, including early childhood and high school students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students at various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each students needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to children in Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning processes
