Work on-site with a diverse caseload, collaborating with educators and families to enhance students' communication skills across all grade levels.

Desired Skills & Background:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
• Familiarity with assessment, intervention, and therapy for students from Pre-K through grade 12
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to organize and manage a varied caseload, including early childhood and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students at various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each students needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to children in Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning processes
