Job Description

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Columbus, OH, serving elementary, middle, and high school students. This role offers both full-time and part-time in-person contract positions with the option to consider newly graduated Clinician Fellows (CFs).

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students across a range of grade levels. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that support student success. Monitor progress and modify therapy strategies to meet evolving student needs.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Valid SLP certification or eligibility for certification in the state of Ohio
  • Experience working with children in elementary, middle, and high school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Open to Clinician Fellows actively completing certification requirements

Position location: Columbus, OH (in-person work is required).
