Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments tailored to student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Participate in team meetings and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or certification for the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and educational teams
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred; clinical fellowship candidates welcome
- Ability to work independently while managing caseloads efficiently
