Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Ohio SLP license
- CFs welcome; supervision provided as needed
- Prior school-based experience or strong interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners with individualized plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy and assessments for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the special education team
- Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans, and document results
- Engage in interdisciplinary meetings with staff and families to maximize student growth
- Provide consultation and in-service support for teachers and support staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment
