Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Ohio SLP license
• CFs welcome; supervision provided as needed
• Prior school-based experience or strong interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners with individualized plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy and assessments for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the special education team
• Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans, and document results
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings with staff and families to maximize student growth
• Provide consultation and in-service support for teachers and support staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment
