Job Description

Make an immediate impact by supporting students' communication development as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working with elementary, middle, and high school populations. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows seeking hands-on school-based experience. Multiple openings are available for both full-time and part-time placements. All positions are in-person and conveniently located near Columbus, OH.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Ohio SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Clinical Fellow (CF) status applicants welcome
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students in elementary, middle, and high schools
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, adapting approaches for each age group
  • Keep clear records of student progress and document all services delivered
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support communication needs and facilitate classroom success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student teams
