Job Description

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Will consider candidates pursuing their Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience working in school settings at the elementary, middle, or high school level is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop appropriate treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student support
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on services rendered and student development
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive atmosphere that supports educational goals and diverse learning needs
