This dynamic contract opportunity offers both full and part-time options for an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) close to Columbus, OH. Whether youre an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow seeking hands-on experience, youll collaborate with dedicated educators and staff to empower students and nurture their growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license for the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain one by start date)
  • Open to experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services in person
  • Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain timely documentation
  • Provide guidance to teachers and families to support generalization of skills in the classroom and home environments
