• Experience working in school or pediatric settings a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Organizational skills for documentation and time management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and screenings to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and deliver therapy interventions tailored to individual or group goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to align support strategies
• Maintain thorough and timely records for assessments, progress notes, and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, share recommendations, and contribute valuable insights to student success plans
• Provide support and education to staff and families regarding communication development
