Requirements for Success:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Ohio
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Expertise working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Ability to administer and interpret assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver tailored interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students at various grade levels
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans

• Document progress, maintain records in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Provide ongoing consultation and training to school staff regarding communication disorders
