Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Adaptable, compassionate, and eager to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student learning
- Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development sessions as needed
