Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Georgia state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the evaluation process for students suspected of speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress and provide strategies for generalization in the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility and goals discussions
