Shape the future of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a dynamic school setting for the 20262027 academic year. Multiple positions are available, with flexible scheduling up to 37.5 hours per weekperfect for those seeking part-time or full-time opportunities. The assignment runs from early August through late May, with possible additional days for planning at either end of the contract. Your experience and preferences, alongside evolving district needs, will help define your caseload, giving you the chance to make a tailored impact.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator certification
- Possess (or be working toward) SLP-CCC credentials; strong new graduates (SLP-CFYs) are also encouraged to apply
- School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- Able to work onsite in person (teletherapy and remote candidates will not be considered)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset for working with staff, families, and administrators
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders and progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Work as an essential part of a multidisciplinary educational team
- Provide support and resources to families and staff
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
