Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active GA SLP License
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, including SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in pediatric and healthcare SLP frameworks
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities with multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptability to varying caseload needs within an elementary school context

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Work collaboratively with school faculty, families, and support staff to maximize each childs learning potential
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions as needed
