Qualifications:
- Active GA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is highly valued
- Familiarity with the needs of elementary-age caseloads preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to a diverse caseload of elementary students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
- Develop customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in school-based meetings and interdisciplinary teams as needed
