Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract Position for 2025-2026 School Year

A K-12 educational setting in Colorado is seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year. This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and is available at various locations including Colorado Springs, Ellicott, and Fremont, CO.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid Colorado SLP license
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license for school-based practice
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and educational staff

Location:

  • Positions available in Colorado Springs, Ellicott, and Fremont, CO

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate progress regularly
