A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Coldwater, MI. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student caseload, providing essential speech and language support across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MI Licensed SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred but not required
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
