Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school environment highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Maintain diligent documentation and progress reports according to state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help foster an inclusive classroom culture
