Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license is required
  • SLP-CCC preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Teletherapy background is a plus
  • Background in managing K-8 caseloads and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Adaptability across elementary and secondary education
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8 at two sites
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation for each student
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
  • Flex between in-person and teletherapy as appropriate for student needs
