A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position in the Lancaster, PA area, specifically serving schools near Coatesville, PA. This opportunity is ideal for SLP professionals holding certification and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania who can commit from April through June.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or equivalent)
- Experience with School-based SLP services, including support for students with communication disorders
- Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable
- Active licensure in Pennsylvania to practice as an SLP
Location:
- Schools in the Lancaster, PA area, including Coatesville vicinity
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions aligned with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or school requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as scheduled
