Job Description

A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct and indirect therapy services within a K-12 school setting. This role is onsite in Coalinga, CA, and offers a comprehensive, full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The position will begin as soon as possible and continue through the end of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication development
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to evaluation and intervention processes

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP) required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
