Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP - CCC credential and eligible for a PA SLP Educator Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Adaptable, organized, and ready to efficiently travel within Washington and Greene Counties
- Ability to manage a robust student caseload and work across multiple school sites
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, onsite speech-language therapy for PreK-12 students as part of a collaborative educational team
- Independently manage a caseload of up to 50 students, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to eligibility and IEP processes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and district staff across multiple elementary schools in Washington Park, Fort Cherry, Waynesburg, and Bethlehem-Center
- Attend required training dates in August; follow a consistent Monday-Friday schedule through early June
