Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP - CCC credential and eligible for a PA SLP Educator Certificate
• Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
• Adaptable, organized, and ready to efficiently travel within Washington and Greene Counties
• Ability to manage a robust student caseload and work across multiple school sites
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, onsite speech-language therapy for PreK-12 students as part of a collaborative educational team
• Independently manage a caseload of up to 50 students, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to eligibility and IEP processes
• Collaborate with educators, families, and district staff across multiple elementary schools in Washington Park, Fort Cherry, Waynesburg, and Bethlehem-Center
• Attend required training dates in August; follow a consistent Monday-Friday schedule through early June
