Embark on a rewarding opportunity to support students communication growth in a dynamic educational environment. Two onsite openings are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a meaningful contract role in Washington and Greene County, PA. These positions provide the chance to work with a diverse caseload and engage in collaborative school-based settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Current Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate
- Previous experience providing speech services in schools highly preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned school sites
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services in compliance with student IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Attend all required in-person training sessions before the school year
- Serve a caseload of approximately 50 students for one position, and rotate between multiple sites for the other
- Participation in designated training dates in August before students return
