Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license (CA SLP License)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment highly desirable
• Passion for fostering growth and learning in diverse student populations
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students unique needs
• Delivering targeted speech and language therapy, both individually and in small group settings
• Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to support inclusion and student success
• Maintaining accurate records and case management documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student progress reviews
