What you'll bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in educational settings
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Proficiency with assessments, treatment planning, and IEP development
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling responsibilities effectively
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations and developing appropriate therapy plans for students with varied speech and language needs
- Providing direct and consultative speech and language services to students individually or in groups
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to support educational access and inclusion
- Documenting progress, preparing reports, and contributing to IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Assisting with prevention, intervention, and management of communication disorders within the school setting
- Staying current with best practices and strategies in school-based speech-language pathology
