Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Ohio SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, or eligibility
• Experience working in school-based settings is highly preferred
• Ability to serve students in elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and intervention for students with identified needs
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and relevant staff to promote student engagement and success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
