Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students of varying ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language goals
- Travel to multiple school sites within the designated region as required
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders in pediatric populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between school locations as part of the assignment
- Ability to manage caseloads independently while adhering to professional standards
