Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLP state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC preferred)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
  • Ability to perform comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Proficient in writing IEPs and maintaining detailed progress records
  • Passion for nurturing student confidence and success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and other support staff
  • Provide consultation and resources to parents and caregivers regarding therapeutic interventions
  • Track student progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Foster an inclusive, positive environment that encourages each students growth and achievement
