Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active New Jersey SLP license
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely progress reports to parents, teachers, and administration
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students overall educational success
• Offer consultation, support, and training to staff and families on communication strategies and tools
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and ongoing consultation
