Key Qualifications:

• Current, active NJ Speech-Language Pathology licensure required
• Previous experience within a school setting is highly preferred
• Comfortable working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication needs using appropriate tools and methods
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students goals
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting techniques as needed
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, prepare progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Assist with prevention and intervention services to enhance communication in classroom settings
