Help support student communication and academic success by providing essential speech-language services across three school buildings spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist excited to make a meaningful difference with students K-12 located near Clearfield, PA. Youll be split between three buildings, collaborating closely with school teams while working with a diverse student population.
As the SLP, your weekly schedule will involve a total of 55 thirty-minute therapy sessionsincluding 16 individual sessions and 37 groups. You will carry a manageable K-12 caseload, and your expertise will help support each students unique needs in a positive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
- Current SLP certificate
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills for managing a split caseload across multiple locations
- Effective communication with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students in both group and individual settings across three sites
- Develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on student progress
- Complete documentation and IEP paperwork accurately and on time
- Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for best student outcomes
- Contribute input for IEP meetings
