Job Description
Put your speech-language pathology expertise to work in a dynamic school-based contract role, supporting students in grades K-12 during the academic year. Starting September 3rd and extending through June 24th, youll make a difference for diverse learners across elementary, middle, and high schools, managing a meaningful caseload of approximately 70-75 students. You'll collaborate with educators and families to foster communication success for children with IEPs and those needing speech improvement.

Desired Qualifications:
- Current New York SLP license (SLP-CCC required)
- TSSLD credential
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language services is preferred
- Comfortable supporting students from kindergarten through high school
- Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage a robust caseload across multiple age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, both on IEPs (20-30 students) and those needing speech improvement (45-55 students).
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation for compliance and student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Serve students at Ohio Elementary and other district sites as needed
This contract offers the opportunity to work 37.5 hours each week in a supportive educational environment with flexible interview scheduling.
