Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Professional, compassionate, and adaptable approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy to students in group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
