Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Current Georgia Educator Certificate
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in schools or working with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individualized treatment plans for K-5 students
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress, ensuring compliance with district and federal requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
  • Deliver therapy sessions both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
  • Educate staff and families about effective strategies to reinforce skills in all settings
