Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oklahoma
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working with school-age children in an educational or pediatric setting
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups, for students with varying degrees of speech and language challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes on each students development
• Participate in parent meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development opportunities within the school environment
