Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid license to practice as an SLP
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop individual or group therapy plans tailored to each students needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Partner with educators, families, and other service providers to support generalization of skills
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy
