Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Consideration given to those completing a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Experience with K-12 student populations preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
  • Work alongside educators and other specialists to facilitate students academic success
  • Track students progress and maintain accurate documentation to support educational and clinical requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support students needs
