Qualifications and Experience:

• Active PEL (Professional Educator License) with SLP Endorsement required
• Previous experience working in school settings highly valued
• Open to SLPs with CCC, CFY, and those passionate about pediatric practice
• Familiarity with teletherapy and onsite services is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt approaches for K-12 students

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions onsite
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Support student participation in academic and social activities through effective interventions
