Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
• Prior experience in school-based settings strongly desired
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to efficiently manage caseload and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, or communication needs using standardized tools and informal measures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to target identified goals
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students IEPs
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations as needed
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
