Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students referred for evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each students unique goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services within classrooms or one-on-one
- Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to support students' academic progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, goals, and outcome measures
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
