Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students referred for evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each students unique goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services within classrooms or one-on-one
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to support students' academic progress
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, goals, and outcome measures
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
