Qualifications/Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain one as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working with school-age children, including IEP development and goal setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings for students referred for speech and language services
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to address a variety of communication disorders
• Document intervention progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for students
• Work directly with teachers and families to support student success in both academic and social settings
• Advocate for students needs and provide training or resources as necessary
