Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Previous experience with school-aged populations or pediatrics is desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and Medicaid billing processes is a plus

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret evaluation results
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, families, and other specialists
• Document therapy progress and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP planning
• Develop and share resources to support classroom communication goals
