Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
  • Utilize innovative and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to optimize student outcomes
