Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility upon start)
- Experience in school settings preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work full-time throughout the school year
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Develop and support IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and create progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
