Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility upon start)
• Experience in school settings preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work full-time throughout the school year

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
• Develop and support IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and create progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
