Step into a dynamic and rewarding role supporting students and educational teams during the upcoming school year. A dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) is needed to provide high-quality services in a school setting for a 9-week maternity leave placement. Youll be working full time across two campuses near Cibolo, TX, starting August 17, 2026 through October 9, 2026. Collaborate closely with educators and families while helping students achieve their communication goals. Bilingual candidates are especially encouraged, as you'll also supervise a bilingual SLPA.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP-CCC licensure required; please have your license image available for present.
- Must pass fingerprinting/background checks per time-sensitive credentialing requirements.
- Bilingual communication skills strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in school settings is desirable.
- Ability to effectively supervise and support SLPAs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students as indicated in their IEPs.
- Supervise and mentor a bilingual SLPA.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver student-focused support.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and administrators.
- Flexibly adapt to the needs of two assigned campuses throughout the duration of the placement.
